Full Disclosure: Visit Dubois County, Indiana invited me and my family to explore Dubois County and Southern Indiana. Some of our experiences were hosted by Dubois County or the attractions themselves while others were at our own expense. As always, all opinions are my own. Holiday World is a family favorite for all ages. With a variety of smaller rides and bigger coasters and a water park, there’s something for everyone. This budget-friendly theme park offers FREE fountain pop, FREE sunscreen, and FREE wi-fi. Different areas of the park have different themes including Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the Fourth of July.
Holidog’s Fun Town was perfect for our preschooler and kindergartener with smaller rides, a splash pad, and a playground. The Splashin Safari was an entire water park that was included in the entrance fee for Holiday World.
There’s more to explore than one day allows so make sure to get a discounted ticket to return for a second day before you leave.
